DHN Regional Conference set for June 20

DHN Hosts Regional Conference for Greater Cincinnati on Friday, June 20

COLUMBUS, OHIO (June 5, 2008) - Invitations for the Disability Housing Network's second regional conference of 2008 were mailed today. The sessions, being held on Friday, June 20 and focusing on housing corporations and County Boards in southwest Ohio, will be held at the Housing Resource Group’s offices in Cincinnati.

The regional meeting will continue the opportunity for DHN members and other housing professionals the opportunity to network and learn from each other. Attendees will also participate in the initial stage of DHN’s research on the structure of special needs housing across the state. The agenda also includes an in-depth overview of the DHN website, and a short presentation from a member of the DHN Board of Trustees.

A representative of the ODMRDD Facilities Department will also be present.

DHN is also in the initial stages of planning its next regional meeting in northwest Ohio.
